All memberships are non-refundable & non-cancellable under any circumstances. By entering into a membership agreement, you are committing to the full term and associated payments.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments booked using a membership require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

The following will result in the forfeiture of the treatment or pre-paid session (deducted from your package or membership):

• Failure to attend your appointment (no-show)

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment

• Late arrival that prevents the treatment from being completed

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.

If you arrive too late for the treatment to proceed, the session will be considered a forfeited appointment and will be deducted accordingly.
