How often you should come in really depends on your skin and the concerns you’re looking to treat. For specific conditions such as acne, pigmentation, or signs of ageing, we may recommend treatments every 2 weeks to kickstart your results. Once your skin is on track, maintenance facials are best every 4–6 weeks to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

Before Your Facial Treatment
Avoid using retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or any other active skincare ingredients for 3–5 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid cosmetic injectables for 7 days before your treatment. (Note: injectables can be performed after your facial.)
Post-Treatment Care
Avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, heat, and exercise for 24 hours.
Use only gentle, non-active skincare for 3–5 days.
Always apply SPF daily following your treatment.
You may experience mild redness, sensitivity, or peeling within the first few days — this is normal and part of the skin’s renewal process.
