Our edit includes trusted names such as iS Clinical, O Cosmedics, RATIONALE, AiryDay, Lira Medical, Jan Marini, Simka and Medik8 just to name a few. You can be confident you’re getting nothing but the best.

For our corrective peel treatments, we’ve selected Lira Clinical, and for facials we’ve selected Medik8 & iS Clinical. The core four products selected are from Lira Medical.

How often you should come in really depends on your skin and the concerns you’re looking to treat. For specific conditions such as acne, pigmentation, or signs of ageing, we may recommend treatments every 2 weeks to kickstart your results. Once your skin is on track, maintenance facials are best every 4–6 weeks to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

All memberships are non-refundable & non-cancellable under any circumstances. By entering into a membership agreement, you are committing to the full term and associated payments.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments booked using a membership require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

The following will result in the forfeiture of the treatment or pre-paid session (deducted from your package or membership):

• Failure to attend your appointment (no-show)

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment

• Late arrival that prevents the treatment from being completed

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.

If you arrive too late for the treatment to proceed, the session will be considered a forfeited appointment and will be deducted accordingly.
